This position is responsible for overall maintenance and development of referral sources to achieve established business results ultimately assisting with the growth of services for Tabitha Health Care. This position develops and ensures positive, productive relationships between Tabitha staff and referral sources by implementing a marketing plan in sync with Tabitha’s mission and strategic business plan. In order to accomplish the essential job functions this position travels on a daily basis throughout the assigned region and communities making contacts with potential referral sources.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
A valid Nebraska Driver’s License is required.
EDUCATION/TRAINING AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Licensed RN or SW preferred. Clinical background or Bachelors degree in health care/business administration or related field is desirable. Experience in marketing is helpful but not required.
Minimum of one year of experience with sales/marketing, public speaking, is strongly desired. Experience with MS Office software is strongly preferred.
