Responsibilities

  1. Coordinates onboarding process for new employees, including but not limited to completion of onboarding forms, licensure verification, background checks, and drug screen
  2. Maintains HRIS system for new hires and data entry of personnel information. Approves system requests for transfers and terminations. 
  3. Responsible for maintenance and appropriate record-keeping related to employment records
  4. Runs standard reports as needed; tracks and monitors completion reports to ensure compliance
  5. Responds to HR related inquiries, determines priority level, and proactively escalates to the appropriate HR function or individual to ensure timely resolution of the matter/concern; in some cases, identifies, investigates, monitors, and resolves inquiries as appropriate
  6. Produces and maintains forms related to HR processes.
  7. Initiates, maintains and assists employees with all systems (HealthStream, Point Click Care and UKG)

Qualifications

COMMUNICATION: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language as well as terminology and jargon specific to the job.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to gain access to the work area and then safely perform the duties of the job. Vision and hearing within normal limits (with or without correction). Must have unrestricted lift/push/pull ability and pass a 25 - pound physical exam demonstrating strength and agility at Tabitha’s discretion.

AGE REQUIREMENT: At least age 18.

EDUCATION: Associate’s degree in Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year experience working in Human Resources function preferred. Healthcare industry and UKG experience is a strong plus. High level of computer/software proficiency and detail oriented.
