The Employee Relations Specialist will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including employee relations and enforcing company policies and practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
COMMUNICATION: Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language as well as terminology and jargon specific to the job. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to work with confidential information.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Vision and hearing within normal limits (with or without correction). Must have unrestricted lift/push/pull ability and pass a 25 - pound physical exam demonstrating strength and agility prior to employment and at Tabitha’s discretion.
EDUCATION: Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferred. High level of computer/software proficiency.
LICENSURE: Valid Nebraska Driver’s license (unless otherwise allowed by law) and a good driving record required. Must possess auto insurance at or above Nebraska statutory requirements. Must meet Tabitha’s vaccination requirements.
